Beds were very comfortable, but there was not enough hot water for either my or my husband's showers. The free coffee at check in was wonderful but the breakfast tater tots were so disgusting I couldn't eat a single one
I left the hotel about 7:30pm I live in Philadelphia so that's a 5 & a half hour drive I realized I left them after I got home so I called in the morning the manager tells me she will check with house keeping and hold them for me I was assigned to another job the following week so I had my roommate go to the front desk for me the same manager tells my roommate that the headphones were not in the room and that they/she didn't call me back to let me know that they had found them and maybe I left them in the car.
Just looking for a place for one night and this worked...kind of. Check in was quick and easy. Once we got to the room, the cleanliness was suspect. We found a beer bottle cap lying on the floor and the bathroom grout was stained and towel racks were rusty. Spots around drain and in corner of tub.
We head to the front desk infrom the young lady that we left the charger she calls house keeping and tell her that they didn't clean the room so after back and forth and the young lady at the front desk trying to make my roommate feel like he's having memory lost asking him r u sure you didn't leave it last week. I say no we just left we've only been gone for 3 hours the room has been cleaned you have the charging block and cord you guy's did this same thing to me 2weeks ago when I left my headphones in the that I paid 80 dollars for you have the cord and we're not leaving until we get it.
It has 2 beds, a fridge, and a tv. It was inexpensive. I didn't see bugs and it was clean. Close enough proximity to everything we wanted to do. Didn't spend much time in the hotel as it goal didn't include wasting our vacation.
They told us they had no non-smoking rooms left (I'm not sure how we got a smoking reservation), so we got rooms that smell fairly strongly of cigarette smoke. It's unpleasant, not to mention the wall art that looks like a bad Agnes Martin knockoff. The ceiling is peeling, and the bath towels feel like they're well past their end of life, and the wifi is embarrassingly slow. The doors are not soundproof at all and I was awakened at 6am by guests talking outside and, later, a truck running it engine. At least the breakfast is good. I recommend not staying here if you have a chance.
Then we began to notice the electrical situation. Lots of extension cords and power strips, and outlets overloaded with plugs. Trying to charge our devices was a chore, as some plugs didnt work, and others were intermittent. In the morning we discovered our laptop hadnt charged at all despite being plugged in all night.
Thank you for the cheap, clean, and safe place to sleep and store our stuff.
First off how could you call me back when you never took my number down? & second how could you still be looking for the headphones in a room you've already cleaned and rented out? So last week FRI Dec/22 2017 we leave my coworker forgot his Iphone charger and charging brick we left the hotell at 7 worked a few hours came back to the hotel just after 10 go into the room and the room is already cleaned.
Finally goes to the back and about 8min later her & another woman comes to the front with it. Dont leave anything in your room because once they see your checkout date their taking everything in the room and acting like they've never seen it.
Overall, if you absolutely have to stay here as a last resort, it will work, but if you can go somewhere else, do it.
The hotell is a clean hotell they have cookies
