Wendy Reservitz was my buying agent for a home in Charlestown. My experience with her was absolutely awful. She willfully gave me misinformation about both the home and the document I was signing. Almost everything she did was geared to getting me to close on the deal while knowing as little as possible. I highly recommend you stay away from her.
